This is how I use N'awlins Cajun and Creole seasonings to flavor my food!

These spices are easy to use and will help you save money because you'll want to cook every night. I always start by marinating most proteins with the Cajun seasoning, this allows me to coat the protein to standard. Add some Creole seasoning with flavors of green onion, garlic, and bell pepper, use lightly though, keep the sodium down. Toss your shrimp, spreading the spice blends evenly. Add some seasoning to a tablespoon of butter, and whip the butter once melted. Add to a pan with and bring shrimp to a simmer. Toast some French bread and be ready to soak all the butter from the pan, this will make clean up easy too. Dress your sandwich the way you like or keep it traditional with lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes.
