Ingredients:
- 3lbs. Shrimp (Headless or Heads on)
- 1/4lb. Butter
- 1/4lb. Margarine
- 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions:
- Melt butter & margarine (can also be substituted for 1 cup of olive oil) together in a small sauce pan
- Add worcestershire sauce,
- Soak 1oz. of N'awlins BBQ Shrimp Seasoning in 1/2 cup water for 5 minutes, add to butter mix over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Place shrimp in shallow casserole dish &pour sauce mixture over shrimp, cover dish with foil & bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven & leave covered for about 15 minutes before serving. Serve with rice and french bread. Sauce is excellent for dipping french bread!
