Excellent!

I ordered this product just before the holidays. Initially, I was sent the wrong item. I contacted Nawlins and they sent another package out and allowed me to keep the incorrect item. Again, I received the item and it was incorrect. I contacted Nawlins a second time and explained what happened. The staff was great, allowing me to keep the incorrect item yet again and sent out another package. It arrived the day before Christmas and inside were two bottles of the product I had originally ordered. I also received a coupon for 10 percent off my next order. It was somewhat frustrating to initially get something I had not ordered, but the customer service of the people at Nawlins was above and beyond my expectations. I love their products and will continue to order from them in the future. Additionally, a lot of companies could stand to take a page from Nawlins in how customer service is supposed to work. Thank you.
