I had mixed feelings on whether or not it was going to produce quality red beans and rice but boy did it surprise me. It was easy and had amazing flavor, I couldn't get enough!

The sent me the wrong size.i paid for the 3oz size, and they sent the 1oz size. I've sent numerous emails, with no reply
